Either, I should pay for it, or there is a crappy way to download the bank statement but loose all the interactive aspect of the program. wellsfargo or intuit. I don't know whom should I blame. It is weird. These two don't want to work together. I used to have bank of the west account and I could download a statement like a charm.But when I switched to wellsfargo downloading a statement to my quickbook became a pain. We have restaurant and I think I burned my money for this, it was definitely not a right product for my type of business. Even though I am a computer geek myself the user interface of this program pisses me off.

Intuit cry your heart out - I will keep version 2006 have you cancel the payroll service forever and figure it out myself. Well I was buying because I had 2006 and Intuit told me no more support for payroll service.

I upgraded from QuickBooks 2002. Smooth transition, easy to use, downloading bank information is much easier. Very good product.
